Licensed auctioneer since 2019, Pete F Lashenka established a personal and business property auction division under the tutelage of one of the top auctioneers in the state and was able to grow it into one of the premier personal and business property auction houses in the area/state. Believing that the attention to detail and the care put forth in portraying your items for sale is paramount as it leads to better experiences for both sellers and buyers has offered a fruitful platform for business to be transacted and goods to be exchanged; and that works well
for everybody.
Originally hailing from Connecticut, Mr. Lashenka had been a Florida resident since 1985 and had called Martin County home since 1997. As past chairman of the board for the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lashenka has deep ties to the area both personally and professionally. A graduate of the Martin County LEADERship program in 2010, Mr. Lashenka still volunteers his time toward the program which provided a county-wide education for current and future community leaders.
